What the working version requires

• The name and details of the personal data operator.
• The purposes of processing, the data processed and retention periods.
• Where the data is stored and which processors are involved (hosting, email service).
• How to withdraw consent and how data subjects can submit requests.

What data the website collects

The website forms collect your name, phone number and/or email, client category, organisation, comment, preferred visit date and the items of your request. The page the form was sent from, UTM tags and a hash of the IP address are also stored for spam protection.

The final text must be prepared or reviewed by the client's lawyer.
